New Exeter Office – Courtenay House

We are delighted to let everyone know that we will be moving offices on Friday 26th May to a much bigger space in Courtenay House, Pynes Hill, Exeter, EX2 5AZ.

The team visited the office for the first time yesterday and even though there is a still a lot of work to do, we can’t wait to move in!

For all our clients that currently use our Exeter office address as their registered office address, we will be updating all of these to our new Exeter address with Companies House and HMRC.   Please note that any other post that we receive on your behalf such as invoices from suppliers, bank statements etc we are unable to change the address. Therefore can you all please make sure that you update any of your own systems and paperwork with the new address.

Please note that even though we are not moving to our new office until Friday 26th May, we have access to our new building now so please feel free to start changing your address with all your suppliers, systems etc. straight away.

Lastly, please don’t worry that you don’t have long as we still have 5 weeks from now to access our old Exeter office and we will be checking the post regularly in this time.

We will close our Exeter office on Thursday 25th May at 5pm to begin the moving process and will re-open at our new location after the Bank Holiday on Tuesday 30th May at 9am. Our Honiton office will be open as normal on the day of the move and any phone calls will be transferred and will be dealt with promptly during the move.
