The Apprenticeship Scheme

Griffin have always been big believers in taking on apprentices, and have seen great success stories over the past few years. Lockdown brought with it hundreds of enquiries from clients on eligibility for grants and where they could access funding. We were expanding prior to lockdown, and the need to find additional resources had only grown.

Recruiting through the Government’s apprenticeship scheme has enabled us to find highly motivated individuals that we can support in gaining professional qualifications. It is fantastic to be able to help young people who have been affected so badly by the pandemic.

Our new apprentices

We have recruited three apprentices in the last year, with Jared Mills, Nick Grimes and Michael Jarrold joining the Exeter office. Jared has begun the company’s AAT apprenticeship scheme working towards his AAT qualifications, while Nick and Michael are working towards their ACA qualifications.
